Pre-heat your oven to 355ºF.
Lay the crescents out flat, pinching together the perforations.
Place your brie in the middle of the dough.
Top brie with jam.
Pull the corners of the dough up to fold over the brie. Pinch together any holes, and pinch together at the top to secure the dough.
Brush your egg wash onto the dough.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
Serve with fruit and crackers.
