Happy First Day of Summer! It’s currently 63º and a monsoon in Chicago. To help me feel more summery, I’ve put together this Summer Wardrobe Wishlist. Make sure to comment if you have any more recommendations!

1. Floral Mesh Top Cocktail Dress
I have a few weddings to go to this summer, and I think this dress would be perfect! A maxi might be kind of hot for outdoor weddings in the summer, and this has a unique look so you might not show up in a dress that everyone else is wearing!
2. High Neck Tropical Print One Piece
The tropical print and the cutouts on the side / back of this suit are perfect! I also like how it’s a little different from what you see every where else when the pattern is on the top and the bottom is black. I like this mix up!
3. Deep V Mesh One Piece
I love this! It’s sexy, but still a one piece. I have 3 Cupshe swimsuits, and I like the quality, so I think I’ll have to get this one too 🙂
4. Tie-Neck Spaghetti Strap Dress
This dress is so summer! I love the tie at the top, the buttons all the way down, and the sunshine yellow. I have to say, I also love the length – Chicago does tend to be windy, and I’m almost 30, and I just feel like short dresses aren’t totally for me anymore!
5. Striped Canvas Tote
During the summer, my husband and I are trying to get to the beach as often as possible. I love a large beach tote to hold beach blankets, towels, frisbees, cards – you name it. This one is cute and nautical. I also really like the corner details.
6. Tortoise Horn-Rimmed Sunnies
Confession: I actually own [multiples] of these in black. They’re so inexpensive, and I am horrible with not breaking or losing sunnies. I keep these in my Amazon List for easy re-order. Although I do love the black version, I think next time I’m going to grab this tortoise color to freshen things up!
7. Wide-Brim Panama Straw Hat
My head gets easily sunburnt, so a hat is a must for me if I’m outside for longer than 20 minutes. This one screams summer.
8. Belted Stripe Wide-Leg Jumpsuit
I love that this looks sort of dressy, so you can wear it to dinner, brunch, restaurants on the beach, throw a blazer over it and it’s work appropriate – so versatile!

9. Mid Heel Pump Sandals
Sandals are cute, but I don’t necessarily want to wear them to work, and they don’t always look dressy enough for some of the sundresses I have. These pump sandals are perfect though! Peep toe and open heel, with the cute cutout pattern – perfect!
10. Leaf Print Romper
This looks super comfortable. I’m 100% about comfort. Because it’s flowy, it looks like it would be perfect for a really hot day or even a bathing suit cover up!
Do you have any summer must-haves that didn’t make this list? Let me know below!

I am in love with the dress in picture #4! I’ve noticed a lot of dresses and tops with this type of tied front and it just screams summer!! It’s also so fun and flirty!!
I LOVE the yellow dress and the black one piece! Very cute picks! Totally going on my summer wish list, too!
Oh I love most of these styles and affordable!
